The Stripped Wreath
Every December, Cora runs a wreath-making morning at the allotments. Basil, Greta and Lena have all signed up, and each has very firm ideas about holly. Just before the wreaths are judged, the one Cora made as an example has been picked bare.
What happened
In the greenhouse, the holly was snipped off the example wreath with the shears.
