The Empty Tin
It is lifeboat day, and half of Fernley has come down to the harbour in woolly hats. Ada, Felix and Kit are all helping out this year. By four o’clock the day’s takings have gone, every last coin.
What happened
The coins were tipped out of the collection tin in the lifeboat shed.
