The Dark Row
Harbour Row lights up every evening in December, and the whole street chipped in for the bulbs. Lena, Basil and Hugo all live on the Row. Since Tuesday, the lights have gone out at eight o’clock sharp.
What happened
In the shared garage, the timer switch was set to turn the lights off at eight instead of midnight.
